Ultrasound Showed Egg Is Split And One Twin Is Smaller Than Other. No Heart Beat. Suggestions?

Hi my daughter went for u/s last week and was informed that the egg had split and she wad to come back in a week for another scan we went today to br told twin a was smaller than twin b who was 6weeks 4 days. There was no h/b detected in either twin but we have been told to come back in a week although thete is no hope. I just wondered if thats right should we give up hoping.

Hi,Thanx for the query.
I understand that u have twins.
Well at times due to delayed conception heart beat appears a little later as late as around 7 wks.it will be good enuff and quite affirmative if u repeat the scan after a week.
This will give the clear idea of the status of twins and the management and drugs.
