Ultrasound Report Says No Focal Lesion, Endometrial Canal Echo Normal In Thickness. Is This A Normal Report?

The uterus is normal in size, shape and position. No focal lesion is detected.
The myometrial echopattern is homogenous.
The endometrial canal echo is normal in thickness and homogeneous in appearance.
The cervix appears norma. No focal lesion is detected.

I am 32 unmarried, please let me know what does all this means?
