Dear Shaheen,
Congratulations!
Your report is absolutely fine. Various technical terms used in the report are different measures of the health of the baby.
single live intra uterine foetus --- There is a single live baby.
in cephalic presentation --- Baby is lying head down (normal position of baby in womb)
placenta:anterior fundal segment.Grade III maturity. --- denotes the position of placenta and its maturity. (normal)
AFI-20cm. no E\O echogenic material with in it. -- Amniotic fluid index which denotes the amount of fluid around the baby. (normal)
internal OS closed. No E\O congenital anamolies noted. --- denotes the status and condition of the outlet of the womb. (normal)
FOETAL BIOMETRY: --- various measurements of the baby to determine the age
B P D :83.4 mm corresponding to GA 33 weeks 4 days. --- Bi-parietal diameter (left to right dimension of head)
H C :301.8 mm, --- Head circumference (size of head) normal
AC:296 mm, --- Abdominal circumference (size of tummy) normal
F L :64.4mm corresponding to G A 33 weeks 2 days --- length of femur (thigh bone) normal

Hope it made you aware of your report, but you don't need to go into these details, just take good care of your health, nutrition, and stay happy. Wishing all the best of health to you and baby.
