the ultrasound in my 15th week of pregnancy has suggested decreased level of amniotic fluid .Is it an area of concern?pls suggest

The baby inside womb is covered with membranes in sac which contains fluid that is known as amniotic fluid.This fluid serves many purposes,it gives medium to grow,protects the baby also and provides nutrition.Decrease fluid should be taken care of.There are many reasons for the same.Take advise of your gynecologist he will help it.
