USG Showing Gestational Sac Without The Fetal Pole. History Of D& Due To Absence Of Heart Beat. Need Help

this is my wife second pregnancy with in six months during first pregnancy we could not found heart beat about 60days then we did DNC then this time also we could not able to scene any fetal pole and yolk sac but gestational sac was good please help me. during US our LMP is 65 days but US shows only 45days. why this kind of happenings in regular. i have little bit doubt in my counting.

There will be some disparity in LMP and USG in assessing the gestational age.

As there in no definite sac development, its called as blighted ovum, there are less chances of continuation of pregnancy.

Yo can wait for one more week and get a scan done to see if there is any regular sac developed, you can discuss with your doctor regarding the risks of continuation of pregnancy.
