USG Reports, Uterus Enlarged In Size, No Focal Lesion Seen, Endometrial Echo Thickened. Suggestion?

my USG report uterus enlarged in size ,normal shape ,anteverted with homogenous echotexture.it measures 9.66cm.x6.09cm.x4.08cm. midline endometrial echo is normally placed and thickened (thickness 8.2mm).no focal lesion seen. there is no evidence of any intrauterine G.sac seen during the time of examination. i cant under stand that report

shape: normal,
position: anteverted, it is normal,
homogenous echotexture: normal, no evidence of fibroids etc,
endometrial lining: thickened, indicating in secretory phase,
and no evidence of gestational sac.
the above findings can occur due to hormonal changes or in very early pregnancy etc.
