Twitches and tremors on the left of back causing discomfort, no pain. What could be the cause?

Three days ago, I began getting these twitches and tremors in my mid/lower back on my left side. They aren t really painful, just more of an annoyance and discomforting. It feels as if an organ or a deep muscle is twitching pretty violently and irregularly, and in the same spot - the number and frequency vary with the position in which I am sitting and laying down.

Hi..Vieyra,, the common cause for the muscle twitches is Hypocalcemia..
you need to get serum calcium done.., if the serum level of calcium is less,
then need to be treated by calcium supplements.. consult physician..

Take care..
