Twinging Pain And Heavy Feeling In Upper Knee. Took Ramipril. History Of Fibromyalgia. Is Fibromyalgia Recurring?

Hi Dr Samuel. Having a 'heavy' feeling and twinging pain in upper legs below the knee feels to me a bit like the possible return of something that I had five years ago and don't have now. It was diagnosed then with having "fibromyalgia" which caused continuous pain in joints and the upper leg area below the knee. I had to learn to sleep on my back because that was the position that most relieved pain. I had to take an anti inflammatory drug then.
Im just a little overweight but not too bad and Im taking 5 mgs of Ramipril for high blood pressure. Otherwise I feel OK ...just hoping the fibromyalgia is not starting to come back. Thank you. Mary Verstegen YYYY@YYYY
