Sonia, I have read your query carefully and from that I feel that you are actually working hard for reducing your wiegt but it is not working some how.
I think you should get some tests done ( as they are not mentioned in the query if you have already got them done) which should include- thyroid
levels, sugar levels, lipid profile
, an ultra sound
abdomen to rule out PCOS& fatty liver
. There are problems which reduce the body metabolism
and increase the weight...they may also hinder wieght loss process..so, by getting the test we will be able to rule them out.
Please see a doctor and get the test done. And donot loose hope, as it generally takes time in loosing weight, be consistent in your efforts. you may also get in touch with some dietician and add some fat burning food items in your diet ( just donot go for low calories!) and some gym exercises.
Taking warm water with one teaspoon of lemon juice, four to five glasses per day, this also helps in reducing fat / weight.
