Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

While the regimens differ slightly by provider, the typical method for use of clomid and progesterone would go something like this:
1. Cycle starts on day #1
2. Clomid is given on either days 3-7 or days 5-9
3. If there is no period by day 35, then a pregnancy test is performed
4. If the pregnancy test is negative, then progesterone is used to induce a period
5. Step #1 is then repeated, probably at an increased dose
Review with your doctor the plan so that you fully understand what is going on and WHY you are taking these medications.

I hope that this helps. If you have more questions, please click on "ASK ME A QUESTION" link above to directly ask me a question!
