Trying To Conceive. What Does Blood Test Findings Mean?

I just received my blood test result and I wanted to know what it means TSH W/reflex to FT4 observation2.45mlu/l means and it said pregnancy ranges first trimester 0.26 Second Trimester 0.55-2.73 Third Trimester 0.43-2.91 information...please let me know im confused of my blood test im trying to conceive....Hope to hear from you soon...

hello, welcome to health care magic, the interpretation of your report is TSH[Thyroid Stimulating Hormone] assay was performed due to abnormal FT4 value. FT4 is the active thyroid hormone secreted by the thyroid gland under the influence of TSH hormone. when FT4 is abnormal , TSH is analysed to confirm the variation is FT4 as a reflex test. the result of your TSH is within normal limits. TSH has different normal ranges in different trimisters of pregnancy which is evaluated if one is pregnant. trimester means three months. if one is prgnant the TSH is interpreted accourdingly. so yuor Tsh is within normal limits. hope this was useful
