Trying To Conceive. Missed Period. Lower Abdominal Pain, Frequent Urination. Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 32 years old. Height 162 cm, weight 56. We have a 5 yr old boy. Now we are trying to conceive for 2nd child. I have missed period and it is 5 days past due date. I have a 30 day regular cycle. Physical fit. No medical issues. I have a lower abdominal pain from 1 week. My appetite has increased; I’m urinating frequently. However, home pregnancy test reflect negative. Pls advice if there are chances for me to be pregnant.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
There is a chance to have pregnancy as you got signs like cramps, increasing appetite and increasing urinary frequency.
You have gone for pregnancy test too early.
Go for test after 8-10 days passed of your expected date of period.
Take early morning mid stream urine for testing.
Ok and bye.
