Trying For Pregnancy, Thyroid Problems, Follicular Study On Eigth Day, RO- 7MM*6MM, LO-7.1MM*5.2MM,Endom-6.5MM. Can I Concieve?
Hello Doctors, I got married around 2 yrs. We are trying for pregnant. In last year we found that I have thyroid as per the doctor suggestion I am using the tablets now it is under control.in D 8 of my period I went for the follicular study the results are RO-7MM *6MM,LO -7.1MM *5.2 M,Endom is 6.5 MM. Can you please suggest me to get conceive is this ok in Day8. i have to go for other rounds of follicular study still.

Yes, it is safe to plan pregnancy while on Thyroxine replacements. The follicular study scan results probably meant that there are follicles in both ovaries and the largest measures 7 mm in right ovary and 7.1 in left ovary. Your endometrial thickness is also okay for Day 8. Over a period of few days, there will be increase in the size of follicles and endometrial thickness. The endometrial layer pattern also is important. Please follow your obstetrician's advice. Try to maintain TSH
