Tremendous weight gain within a year, increase in belly flab, no thyroid. How can I reduce weight?

Hi, I got married last year. with a year I have increased 10Kg weight. Last 10months back I used to eat pizzas and burgers regularly. But Now I am not at all eating. Basically I am lean but my belly size increased. I can see the difference i.e fat at the belly part. I have checked the thyroid test. No thyriod was there. How to reduce the weight?

hello... its is your wrong eating habits post marriage which have caused the weight gain and increase in the belly size.. since your thyroid is normal.. do not worry.. juts change your lifestyle.. start wirth brisk walks daily for 45 mins and 10 mins of ab exercises like crunches, reverse crunches, plank etc.. eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. avoid as it causes bloating in some people.. have oats upma/ poha/ idli for breakfast, fruits, nuts, sprouts, egg whites as mid meal snacks..have salad + 1jowar/ nachni roti + veggies+ dal for lunch and keep dinner very light like soups, salads, veggies/ chicken/ fish.. this will help reduce belly size.. drink plenty of water.. rest well..

hi,

if you want to lose weight fist you need the will power to cut down on junk food. you have just started putting on weight,fat starts accumulating around hip and abdomen first .

you can know your approximate ideal weight by taking your height in cms minus 100. keep that your aim.
