Treatment For Rise In Blood Pressure In The Morning?

Good morning Doctor,
I am 50 yrs and My BP on rising in the morning is around 155 / 100 and then during the day settles at 140/90. I have done a stress test 5 months ago and also a 2D echo as part of the company medicals. Presently I am taking Telsar H 1 tablet in the morning. Please let me know what to do about the morning rise in BP.

If you are reading your blood pressure with your own then this is not good idea your consciousness may increase it moreover reading with the calibrated sphygmomanometer is the right method that should be red with medical person only you better get it done in this way, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
