General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Having a blood pressure (bp) of 172/86 is considered high and cause for vomiting.

I advise to schedule an important appointment with cardiologist and to run further cardiac tests to evaluate your cardio-vascular tract:
- ECG
- echocardiogram
- stress test

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- limit salt intake
- avoid foods that are high in calories/fat
- increase water intake

Hope it was of help!
