Treatment For Numbness In Arm And Pain In Lower Back?

hi doctor my name is David, I have this pinched nerve in my back on my left shoulder/neck area for about a month now and getting worse I've had a siatica nerve before in my lower back and the pain is pretty much the same thing and makes my left arm feel numb what can I do for this as I do not have insurance right now PLEASE HELP.

As you know that it is apinch nerve in neck and you can not afford very costly treatment i can suggest you following things.
1. Wear soft cervical coller
2. do not keep your neck in same position for long time.
3. Start taking pregabalin and methylcobal daily.
4. Avoid using very high pillow.
5. Learn neck muscle strengthening exercises.
