Treatment For Foam In Urine And Sore Muscles?

81 yr old male. two months of head of foam in toilet after urinating, large bubbles and complete coverage of surface.
single urne spec X 2: albumin neg; serum creatinine neg. request for 24 hr urine electrophoresis denied on theoretical grounds; payment not an issue. Also biceps and gasrtrocs slightloy sore and achy symmetrically past month noticed primarily when playing piano.Have been taking Simvastatin 2 years.

I appreciate your concern, if there is foamy urine then the chances of pus containing urine is very likely, if I would be treating physician for this case, then I would start the following treatment,
1) Tab Ofloxacin 400mg twice in day for five days
2) Sodium citrate syrup 20ml thee times in day
this is not the big problem and this comes around soon, take care and have nice day.
