Treatment For Excessive Bleeding With No Pain Or Cramps?

i have had my period for about a week and I half now. I went through 4 boxes of 18 ct ultra tampons...all of them..thats 72 tampons in a almost 13 days. I am bleeding kind of bright red and clotting. I am bleeding through almost evertything I wear... there is no pain and no cramps..its just wont go away and I don't know whats wrong....do I need to go the er?

Yes,surely you need to consult your gynecologist because such a huge amount of bleeding is not normal.If you bleed like this few more days,you will become severely anaemic.
So,i would suggest you to get one ultrasound scan of pelvis as early as possible done to rule out any uterine fibroids or Dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
