Treated For Typhoid. Still Symptoms Fever, Cold, Headache And Blood Test Shows Typhoid. Remedy?

Hello sir i belong to village in haryana.I am fix in typhoid last 1 month and 8 day. I was check up local doctor then he said you have a fever it will all right two and three days. Nothing happened two and three day. Then he said you have surely fix in typhoid after that i went in laboratory for blood test on 7 july and confrimed that i am fix in typhoid. Doctor for disease treatment will be twelve day. Then after he started treatment. After 12 day i was okay. I quit treatment. After after 12-13 day i felt i am again fell in fever, cold, headache and sometime i feel so hot and lot of sweat rise and sometime i feel so cold. I again check up blood test and report came out result is i am still fix in typhoid. I want to get rid of this disease. Please help me. Here report of blood test

I am so sorry to hear about this troubling typhoid. What test was done to diagnose and do a follow up for this typhoid? This is because if the test used was the commonly available widal felix that looks for antibodies, then the picture is very confusing. This is because antibodies stay in the system for a very long time. The best way to tell whether you have typhoid fro this test would be to do serial tests and show that the antobody titer is increasing. If this was the same test used to say you still have typhoid in your system, then it is not helping because the antibodies will not disappear over night.

The best tests to get is stool culture and blood culture. the exact germ would be isolated, the antibiotic that can kill the germ identified and you treated with this drug.
