Took Clavamel Forte For Chest Infection. Having Pain In Right Arm. Due To Wrong Posture Or Neck Issues?

hi i have a chest infection at the moment, i have spent the past two days in bed , i started taking clavamel forte for my infection, for the past couple of hours i have a pain down the inside of my right arm down to the palm of my hand, do you think it might be because i was sitting awkwardly in bed today( as i was coughing alot) could it be from my neck

i think you r on amoxicillin+ clavulante for your chest infection
i would like to know if there is any chest pain associated with ur limb pain if no chest pain you may have that probably because of wrong posture in the bed.
if there is chest pain which is radiating to back r upper limb,with sweating better consult a cardiologist
