Toddler With Sudden Onset Of Red, Bumpy And Itchy Rash On Chest And Arms. Given Antihistamine And Applied Calamine Lotion. Having Teeth Eruptions. What Is The Cause?

My 2 year old is teething so I don t know if this is related but he just ole up in the middle of the might with a red, slightly bumpy itchy rash on his chest and arms. He is crying and itching himself. I just gave him 1/2 tsp antihistamine and put calamine lotion on his arms. What could this rash be from? Thank you in advance.
