Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Try walamycin syrup twice daily.
Sporolac sachets once daily with water may help.
Paracetamol syrup may be given for immediate control of fever.
Give curd rice and buttermilk to drink.
Plenty of water/ORS to prevent dehydration.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
