Tiredness, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea. Swollen Lumps Behind Ears. No Pus. Any Ideas?

Hi, a week ago I woke up feeling very tired and by the end of the day I was vomiting and had severe diarrhea and nausea. The diarrhea persisted for 5 days along with the nausea. I was told it was the flu by a dr but it could have been gluten as well (severe intolerance and probably celiac). The last two days the stomach upset has gone Away except for nausea and I have swollen lumps (I believe postauricular lymph nodes) behind my ears. The smaller one on my right side is hard and smaller and if I push on it, a fair amount of blood comes out from my ear lobe where my ear is peirced. Both ears were peirced over 8 weeks ago and are not completely healed, however the lobes are not swollen at all and the nodes didnt enlarge until I got sick. The bump on my left side is much larger (3-4x that of the right) and is warm and squishier than the right. The blood coming out is red and is not puss or other fluid. Do I need to see a dr right away and any idea what it could be?

The ear infection may be the for the enlarged lymph nodes. The gasteroenteritis may aggravate the GERD and gastritis. This may cause nausea,as would any drug induced gastritis. You need to see the doctor at the earliest as you may need antibiotics for the infection,antiemetics/prokinetic drugs and PPIs for the nausea and gastritis.
