I need some information. My elder sister s have 9 months baby and after delivery she want to reduce her belly fat. Her delivery is not normal, operate, that s why belly fat increases, but she won t reduce. Can you please let me know the home made procedure to reduce the, may be it take some time, may be 6 months, no need to reduce within 2 weeks those are very much humble.
