Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history, puncture 4 days back usually heals in 2- 3 days as it is small, but if pain and swelling persist then please get examined by doctor to check if there is any infection.
A short course of antibiotics and analgesic and anti inflammatory drug may be required.
If neglected then pus formation can lead to abscess formation which requires incision and drainage of pus a small surgery, so take care.
Please get proper prescription in the meantime if pain is there you can take a paracetamol to comfort yourself.
Take care.
Good Luck.
