Tiny Pimples On Chest. Using Only Dove Soap, Sensitive Skin. Heat Rash Or Eczema?
I have tiny red and white pimples on my chest . The only thing I use on my chest is Dove Soap. I do not towel dry. I do not break out anywhere else. I am wondering if it is a heat rash . I have had for about two months. I am a 62 year old female. I have used Dove Soap ( sensitive skin ) for many years. This just started happening a few months ago. Could it be exzema. Thank you for your help.
