Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. What is missing is your age, above 70 we can suspect such changes in a normal course. In an younger age it suggests some disease, may be heart problem causing less venous return to heart, , renal problem, vascular problem causing poor oxigenation to tissues, anaemia
, hypo vitaminosis, causing neurological changes of tissues.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment ,you may need to have E.C.G, ECHOCARDIOGRAM
, ANGIOGRAM OF hands, besides other routine tests for confermation of the problem.
Besides i advise you some diet recommendations as take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk, fruits, juices, egg, meat, and fish to provide you suffecient nutrients necessory for normal maintenance of the body.
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
