Tingling And Numbness In The Left Arm, Nausea And Chest Pains. Sore Muscles In The Shoulder. What Is It?

Hi, I am a 29/m and am in good physical condition and have been experiencing nausea , chest pains just to the left and above the bottom of my sternum as well as an odd tingling/numbing sensation in my left arm along with heavily sore muscles between my shoulder blades and was wondering if this should be something that concerns me?

Hi Yes, you do need to get this checked out. First off, I can't tell you that this isn't from your heart, even at your age, and it could be angina. You also need an MRI of the cervical and thoracic spines to look for compressed nerve roots from a disk problem.
