Hi,
Thanks for query,
You have tight fore skin not able to retract.
The tight skin may develop infection beneath it due to smegma collection.
You should go for surgical removal of it by adopting circumcision operation.
This operation does not affect your sexual life.
It is a custom in Muslim community.
So nothing to worry.
go for permanent solution.
Thanks.
