Tight, Bloated Stomach, Nausea, Light And Short Periods, Weight Gain, Frequent Urination. Suggest

my stomach is tight and very bloated. im nausiated and my body hurts. im peeing alot but i feel dehydrated. i had a period but it was very light and it only lasted 1 day. im gaining weight yet i cant hold any food down. i dont understand whats wrong with me. my bladder feels like its going to burst. please help me ive been feeling this way for 2 weeks.
