Throat Pain, White Rings With Indentation Inside Mouth, Lip, And Throat. Opinion?

Hi,
I've noticed I broke out in the inside of my mouth with something that resembles white rings and I've already found a few all over. On both sides of the inside of my mouth, the back and on the inside of my bottom lip. My throat has been hurting since I've returned from vacation and the rings appear around that area as well. The rings do not hurt but I'm concerned with what it might be. The rings look as though they have an indentation. Please help.

Hello,
The rings around mouth and lips may be due to occurrence of oral submucous fibrotic lesions.
Biopsy of the lesion is mandatory to give a final diagnosis.
Such lesions are caused due to habit of tobacco or pan chewing.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Gargle with chlorhexidine mouthrinses.
Intake of spicy, sour, salty foods has to be limited.
Discontinue using tobacco or pan if you practice any.
Hope this helps.
