Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It could be either psoriasis or fungal infection. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid salicylic acid combination on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturizing cream on the entire foot 2-3 times daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
