Tension, headache, boring, sleeplessness. Depression?

Hello Sir, My age is 30, Unmarried. I am not able to make myself happy nor my family or friends Feeling tension all the time. Headache and boring. Wont speak a lot with others. I am not happy at my work place too. Even not doing my work in a proper way. Am I going into depression ? What should I do? If I marry, then will I be able to make my wife happy. Many questions rotating around my mind . Unable to sleep properly at night. I believe that my mind is wake up when my body is sleeping. Not feeling relax . Please help.
