Tendon Pops On Side Of Wrist Extremely Painful. How To Make It Better ?

tendon pops side of wrist unergonomic desk set up at call center enviroment can this be caused by such 8 hour work schedule full time ? If so, by what percentage ? If things get better on weekend but not full of course and then gradually gets worse through the work week. Help Please. How to make it better too.

Thought I would also add to help facilitate the help needed here. If you hold your right hand out and have your thumb up on top, then move your thumb away from your hand h third of the distance of being fully flexed away from the hand the tendon will pop. Otherwise there is from an agonizing ache in the side of the wrist or sometimes seems like it goes away when no activity with hand and thumb. Many nights it seems to ache to keep you awake.

You may be suffering from ganglion of tendon, which is benign swelling from tendon sheath which may cause pain and discomfort, if you have severe discomfort take analgesics and consult surgeon for excission
