Hello,

Welcome to health care magic forum.

Swollen gums as well as teeth usually occurs due to gingivitis .

Poor oral hygiene ,vitamin deficiency, medications administered can lead into gingivitis.

I would advice you to get a thorough scaling done.

Vitamin c ,Follic acid supplements has to be administered.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Discontinue the medication causing gingivitis.

To relieve headache, analgesics has to be administered.

Hope this helps.
