The dizziness and vertigo, nausea and vomiting would all be secondary to the cardiac arrhythmia she is having. She probably has a very fast pulse which could be secondary to Atrial fibrillation or other tachyarhythmia. This will be diagnosed by the mobile ECG recording by the Holter monitor, once diagnosed specific medicines or procedures will be advised which will control the episodes of fast pulse and subsequent symptoms.Once on the drugs or after the procedure she will be able to lead a normal life.
