Teenager. Pressure Kind Of Chest Pain Going Up To Throat. Ideas?

Hi, i'm a 13 year old girl i think i'm pretty healthy but when i came back from school sport today (basketball) i started to have chest pains it hurts around my heart and it feels like its going up my throat .... it's not really burning but it's pressure kinda like when i need to burp? but its not coming just staying and building... its happening every minute and last for around 6-8 secs. I've never experienced this before and i don't think its from basketball cause i hurt my finger and sat out most of the time. Please reply asap i'm really in pain but my mom tells me not to worry ... idk what to do :(

If you are a tall thin girl...you may have a spontaneous pneumothorax. This occurs when you develop a small air lead in your lung. This can cause the symptoms you are experiencing. I would recommend you go to the doctor, ER or Urgent Care to get a chest x-ray.
