i have this lump in between my vagina and anus but you cant c it n a mirror and im worried of what it might be it hurts when you touch it and i tried to squeeze it and it feels like a knot im only 16 and ive had sex before in december actually but i asked the guy i had sex with does he have anything and he said no and he just got a check up... please i need advise on what it could be

tenderness and lump in perennial region you are referring to can be carbuncle, a bacterial infection of a group of hair follicles caused by Staphylococcus aureus. It can be predisposed by can be caused by poor hygiene, skin friction from tight clothes or shaving, or diseases or conditions that cause a weakened immune system.
However, lump and tenderness may be due to localized pus of any other cause, anal fissure should be ruled out.
You are advised to visit concerned doctor for physical examination, biopsy and C/S may be needed. Once diagnosis is confirmed then it can be drained/removed or treated with antibiotics.
