Question: I have done a semen culture and it shows staphylococcus aureus . What is the recommended treatment given my sensitivity to antibiotics.

Based on the report of your Seme cuture you have infection due to Staphylococcus Aureus organisms .

Take Tab Norfloxacin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily for 4 weeks and repeat your semen culture again after 4 weeks

sir Norfloxacin not available in the market in here Saudi Arabia can you tell me another antibiotic.
