Tapeworm Living Inside Vagina, Cervix Displaced, Chances Of It Eating Ovaries

I have a parasite living inside me, possibly a tapeworm and I gave noticed that my cervix is out of place. Can this mean the parasite may of messed up or possibly eaten my ovaries? I know it seems like an observed question? But i can literately feel the parasite move around in my pelvic area, I can even see it as well

You can not diagnose a tape worm in your peritoneal cavity.
You go to your gp and get yourself examined.
Than only one can decide.
