Taking Pylera. Is It Good For The Health?

I've been taking Pylera and eating yogurt in between doses to replace good bacteria, is this okay?

Some people say do not have any dairy while on this medication. Will it make it less effective? It seems to sooth my stomach and I know it adds healthy bacteria along with the probiotic I'm taking. Any recommendations is appreciated. Does it matter when I take the probiotic my Dr. recommended? I was concerned about taking it with my meal and then taking the medication because it might destroy the probiotic. Is there a way to avoid getting re-infected? I appreciate your feedback!

Hi
Thank you for the query.
Hope you are taking pylera by doctors prescription after a proven h. pylori infection.
Can take probiotic and yogurt. Can take it any time. Can take dairy products no issues. Will not make it less effective.
It is possible to get re infected, as it is a food borne infection eating hygenic food and drinking potable water is the only answer.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
