Taking Gennitte 35, Diagnosed Insulin Level Increase, Prescribed Glyciphage. Safe To Use Both Tablets?

Hi doctor. I was taking gennitte 35 since last 1 year without any digonose done by the gynechologist, after a few mothns i got a sonography done & ther was nothing in the report that showed i am suffering from PCOD or any other problem & now it is digonosedt ha the insulin level in my body has incereased for which doctor has suggested me to take glyciphage. As my marriage is approaching i do not wat my cycle to come at the marriage time. So is it safe to use both the tablests?
