Duphaston is considered a better drug while attempting pregnancy. Duphaston is a kind of progesterone, which is a hormone which facilitate pregnancy. Usually after the ovulation , ovaries produce this for some time and if you get fertilized the production keeps on by the placenta. But if you do not get pregnant, progesterone level fall and it causes bleeding and that's menses. So even after stopping duphaston, if you do not get a period that means you have enough progesterone in your body and the most probable reason is that you are pregnant. As you haven't got your periods even after stopping duphaston for 7 days the chances are high that you have conceived. Please do a card test for pregnancy.
