First of all, we need to determine the exact cause. In this regard, MRI brain epilepsy
protocol is important. Also, we need to find out the type of seizures, for this, EEG is useful.
Then, we need to decide the correct anti epileptic medications at the correct dose for controlling her seizures.
In some cases, epilepsy surgery
may be required, if the epilepsy is found to be medically refractory.
