Sir, my mother is 83 years old and is on a regular dosage of pentocid 40mg. and Telma 20mg. as advised by our physician. Now her heart is enlarged. She has become very sensitive to drugs. For the past few days she has pain inher arms. More in her left arm compared to right. She is unable to life her left hand at 90 degrees. We met an Ortho Doctor and were advised to have Ultracet semi 2 tablets per day and for 10 days Bonni one per day for 30 days saying that it was Peri arthritis of shoulder. yesterday was her last dose for Ultracet semi. But suddenly yesterday afternoon she started experiencing severe pain in both the arms and the pain has spread over the entire hand from shoulder to fingers. Today the heaviness has increased. My doctor is unavailable. Kindly advise what can be done now. i am massaging with different oils and ointments and giving her hot salt fementation. No improvement. Physician has advised not to give her pain killer.
