Taking Ibuprofen, Hydrocodone For Back Injury. Pain In Rib Cage Area. Due To Medicine?

Recently I've been taking meds for a back injury I received at work. I just stopped taking the meds all together maybe 2 days ago. Since then I've been getting sharp pains in my mid upper right rib cage area. The sharp pain only comes when I lay down a certain way and laugh. It's a real sharp pain and even sometimes it's comes on when I breath. Can this be from the meds I've been taking? I'm 19 and it really scares me this is happening to me at a early age in my life. I took 600mg ibeprofin, muscle relaxer 5mg and hydro codon/acetomenpoien 5/325mg. All which I stopped 2 days ago. Please help I can't afford a doctor or insurance. :/

Hi,
It seems that you might be having fractures in your few of ribs due to injury giving rise to this problem.
Up till now you might not have felt due to taking pain killer tablets.
Go for x-ray chest to rule out fractures.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
