Dear sir,
The information which you have given is not sufficient for any doctor to come to diagnosis however you can visit some academic medical institution specializing in neurology for indeapth evaluation of all the aspects of your mother's disease.

I would like to take your attention towards stem cell research and therapy also which has shown encouraging results in patients with almost all type of neurodegenerative diseases incluiding parkensonism AND multiple system atrophy. These diseases do not have a definative cure in medical science till present however supportive medicines are avaliable.
I find this answer helpful
