General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, triamcinolone can be used for longer duration, but betamethasone should not be used for longer periods. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patients with such condition prescribe citrizine, grisofulvin, and local application of betamethasone, gentamycin, and clotrimazole.
Thank you.
