Other symptoms like guiddiness, vomiting , etc etc has gone. What kind of supplements should i take now to reduce my tinnitus now? I want to plan for second kid now. Will it effect me again? Im bit worried about health issues. Please suggest me what kind of suppliments/diet i should follow to overcome this tinnitus problem. Thanks Haritha
Hello Haritha Do you have vertigo now on and off or hearing loss?? As in menieres vertigo , tinnitus and hearing loss come together and then goes off. You should consult your doctor for the diagnosis . and get done hearing tests and some cochlear function test again.which your doctor will be aware off. In pregnancy the menieres does increase due to hormonal changes . For food avoid extra add on table salt , avoid coffee etc . there are some restriction but in your case i think you need to revise the diagnosis.
